Terminal and U-iron insert in injection molding
Flexible vibration disk selection → four-axis robot picks up terminals → terminal secondary positioning rotation → terminals are loaded into inserts on the U-iron vibration disk automatic feeding → pick up the U-iron into the positioning fixtures
→Six-axis robot takes out the inserts → U-iron vibration disk automatically feeds the inserts into the mold → injection molding → mold opening → take out the finished product and inserts – put in the inserts → injection molding → finished product into the inspection moving mechanism → stop gauge, conduction, terminal pin deformation detection → finished product take out and put in the frame (NG products put in the NG frame) → finished product puts in the full one layer automatically puts in the spacer → the frame is full of automatic discharge → manually take out the frame
