Friction Stir Welding Automation
New Solution: Automatic Friction Stir Welding
Our technical team has developed a fully automated friction stir welding process for aluminum busbars, which includes:
Automatic feeding, welding, ear cutting, and polishing integration
Post-welding connection strength exceeding 80% of the original material
Low-temperature solid-phase welding allowing minimal insulation stripping, thereby reducing subsequent insulation processing costs
Additionally, the midsection utilizes AL1060 aluminum extrusion with PA insulation layer, while both ends are welded with copper-aluminum composite material or AL6061T6. This enhances screw locking, compression strength, and oxidation resistance, meeting the requirements for fast charging performance.
We are confident this solution will help new energy companies improve efficiency and reduce costs.
