New energy extruded copper aluminum busbar skinning machine, suitable for PA hard copper busbar, PA, PVC, PI and other materials.
Integrating peeling and punching into one, human-machine control, safe and reliable, the system is easy to operate, efficient, and can adapt to various rubber thicknesses, completely solving the problem of environmental waste gas and cleaning caused by laser cutting.
Through corresponding programs, multiple products can be compatible.

Corresponding copper-aluminum busbar size range
- The size range can correspond to the peeling of multiple sizes of copper and aluminum busbar, high versatility.
- the busbar peeling equipment is compatible with extruded copper and aluminum busbars, the insulation layer is PA12, the thickness of the rubber skin 0.4-0.8mm.
- copper and aluminum busbar product specifications (excluding insulation):copper busbar width 15-40MM, copper busbar thickness 2-6mm (excluding insulated layer). 6mm (excluding insulated layer), peeling length 15-70mm
- Peeling position structure: linear section peeling.

We have two types busbar peeling machines: 2 working stations and 3 working stations.
Type 1: Two stations: Induction heating, cutting and peeling machine
Production cycle: product preheating about 7 seconds, cutting and peeling about 10S / times (ring cut peeling length will vary) in total: around 20s
Type 2: Three stations: Induction heating, cutting, and peeling machine
Production cycle: product preheating about 8 seconds, cutting about 4 seconds, and peeling about 7 seconds / times (ring cut peeling length will vary) in total: around 25s
Busbar peeling action flow:
- The product first high-frequency heating. Heating is completed after the ring cut around, (ring cut station can also be non-sticky skin off, strong adhesion, sticky skin peeling is not strong) peeling waste material into the waste bin. Stripping after the completion of ring cutting(Peeling station peeling strong adhesion, sticky skin)
Mechanical peeling process (the peeling machine is fully servo controlled and can save 29 sets of product parameters at the same time, just call the model number in advance to confirm the use), after the peeling is completed, the shredded skin is blown into the waste discharge port.
